Crash Hot Potatoes

- 12 whole New Potatoes (or Other Small Round Potatoes) (I just used 5 large ones, that's what I had)
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper To Taste
1. Fill up a pot of water. Add your potatoes
2. Bring it to a boil and add some salt. Let cook about 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
3. Drizzle some olive oil on a baking sheet. Put the potatoes on top.

4. Now with a hand-masher or the bottom of a glass GENTLY press down and rotate your hand a little. Try not to over-smash them.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Potatoes NEED alot of salt, so don't skimp out!
7. Bake at 450F for 20-25 minutes.
i maide these last night and took them to work with me today! they are so good! such a perfect side dish!!
